Returns & Exchanges
- Customers may request a return or exchange within a maximum period of 15 days in the following cases:
- The item is received damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions
- Returned items must remain in their original condition and must not be opened, used, altered, or tampered with.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of receiving the products.
- We do not accept returns of perishable or rapidly deteriorating products.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
