Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Baylasan Palace, we strive to provide a fast, secure, and reliable shopping and delivery experience for our customers.

  • Shipping Coverage: Shipping and delivery are currently available within the Sultanate of Oman only.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 – 2 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery to your doorstep or to the shipping company’s office takes between 2 – 5 business days (delivery times may vary slightly depending on the governorate or region).
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment completion. There are no hidden or unannounced fees.

Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a return or exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • Return/Exchange Period: Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Product Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, inside the original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to a store error (wrong or damaged product), the store covers all return and replacement shipping costs.
    • If the return is based on the customer’s preference (no defect in the product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the customer via the original payment method used during purchase (or via bank transfer if paid via direct bank transfer) within 7 – 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing policy.
